(hereinafter referred to as “Faraday”,“The Company”, “we”,“us” or “our”)
2. Scope of Services
Faraday provides event decoration and balloon services including:
• balloon installations & decorations
• customized balloon designs & logo balloons
• event decorations& photo zones
• delivery, installation & dismantling
• rental items (arches, structures, inflatables, props)
Services may vary depending on availability and event requirements.
3. Orders & Booking:
An order is confirmed when:
The Client approves the quotation.
The full amount is paid before the delivery date.

The Company does not accept orders via phone calls or audio messages to avoid mistakes. Any order initially discussed by phone must be confirmed in writing (email, message, or online shop) before it is considered binding.
Faraday reserves the right to refuse an order if necessary.
4. Payment Terms
• A full amount is required to secure the booking.
• In the event of cancellation at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled date, any payment made will be refunded in full. No fees shall apply. In the event of cancellation less than three(3) days prior to the scheduled date, up to thirty percent (30%) of the total amount will be deducted from the refund or billed accordingly.
• Payments can be made via card payment through our website, bank transfer, Twint or cash.
5. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation
• more than 3 days before event → payment refund
• less than 3 days → up to 30% charged
• same day cancellation → 100% charged
Custom-printed or personalized items are non-refundable once production has begun, regardless of whether cancellation occurs more than or less than three (3) days prior to the scheduled date.
Force Majeure
In case of events beyond control (weather, road closure, heavy traffic, accidents), Faraday will offer rescheduling where possible.
6. Delivery & Installation
Clients must ensure:
• access to the venue at agreed time
• safe installation conditions
• presence of responsible contact person
Additional waiting time or access issues may result in extra charges.
7. Rentals & Security Deposit
Rental items remain the property of Faraday. The Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items.
In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the Client shall be charged an amount equal to five (5) times the rental price of the affected item(s).
8. Balloon & Decoration Safety
Latex balloons are fragile and affected by:
• temperature changes
• sun exposure
• sharp objects
• weather conditions
Faraday cannot guarantee float time or durability once installations are completed.
Children and pets must be supervised around balloons.
Inhaling helium from balloons is extremely dangerous and may result in oxygen deprivation. Helium displaces oxygen in the lungs and can cause suffocation. The Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, or adverse effects resulting from the misuse of balloons, including the inhalation of helium.
9. Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any damage to furniture, walls, ceilings, or other surfaces where the Client has requested decorations or equipment to be attached or installed.
Upon completion of installation and handover, all risk of damage, loss, or deterioration of decorations shall transfer to the Client.
The Company shall not be liable for:
• Damage to balloons after installation
• Weather-related deterioration
• Allergic reactions to latex
• Misuse of decorations
Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions. The Company does not guarantee durability, float time, or structural stability in outdoor environments, including but not limited to wind, heat, humidity, or rain.
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total value of the services provided.
10. Photos, Marketing & Client Logos
Faraday may photograph installations for portfolio and marketing purposes.
With B2B clients, the Company may include the Client’s logo in its client list, website, or marketing materials.
Clients may request in writing that their logo or branding not be used publicly, and Faraday will comply.
11. Pricing
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to increases in the cost of helium, balloons, taxes, or other related expenses.
Delivery distance, installation complexity, and any special requests may affect the minimum order requirement and the final price.
12. Privacy
Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and marketing purposes (e.g., email or SMS promotions). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time, and their information will be removed from marketing lists upon request.
13. Intellectual Property
The Client warrants that it holds the necessary rights to use any logos, trademarks, or designs provided for customization. The Company shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from materials supplied by the Client.
14. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
